RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us
Return & Exchange Process
Please tap the floating support button on the lower right side of your screen and select "Track and manage my orders", or contact us at support@speed-demon.com to initiate your return request. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for us to process your request.
Additional return details: If you are exchanging your product for another product with a lower price, then we will refund the price difference on the card used for purchase once the exchange product ships from our warehouse. If you are exchanging your product for another product with a higher price, then we will contact you to make an additional payment for the balance owed prior to shipping out your exchange shipment.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or selected payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and credit card company.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If it has been 5 business days since your refund was initiated and it still hasn’t been processed, please contact us.
